FROM THE
JACQUELYN LONG THOMAS CAMPAIGN
Greetings! I am Jacquelyn Long Thomas, candidate for the Elmore County Commission, District 5. I am a lifelong resident of Millbrook, where I am currently serving my first term as the Ward 1 Councilwoman. While serving in this role, I have had the opportunity to help implement economic and community development initiatives that have helped neighborhoods and business corridors thrive. I am a proven servant leader who will make decisions that will positively impact District 5 and Elmore County. If you know me, then you know that I am not a politician, but a Servant whose core value is rooted in doing the right thing, no matter what. I will put PRINCIPLES OVER POWER and SERVICE BEFORE SUCCESS!!
I am invested in the community and improving the quality of life for all citizens. My experience as a 25 YEAR Educator and Life coach has prepared me to collaborate and work cooperatively with many people from diverse backgrounds. You can count on me to listen, to address your needs, and to use my voice to elevate yours.
My advocacy plan is rooted in creating paths for self-sufficiency for everyone, and revitalizing communities. I will work to ensure that we properly manage growth and development so that we balance the character of our county. I am the Right Voice and the Right Choice!
I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Willie, for 29 blessed years. We share 5 amazing children and 10 grandchildren. I believe in God, Family, Church, and Community. I’m just an ordinary woman with and extraordinary desire to serve.
Together WE can make a difference! I need You and I am humbly asking for your support and your Vote on Nov. 5, 2024.
Thanking you in advance,
Jacquelyn Thomas
