Max Complete Auto Care in Millbrook celebrated two years of business Tuesday afternoon with a commemorative ribbon cutting, signifying two years of hard work and dedication. The ribbon cutting was hosted by the Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce.

“We’re very proud, and it’s great to have a business with so much style and that heavily supports the community. Congratulations, and this is to another two years of success,” President of the Millbrook Area Chamber of commerce, Brenda Dennis said.

Max Complete Auto Care, MCAC, is a local shop for anything automotive. MCAC works on all makes and models including exotics and vintage vehicles. Owner and operator Frank Walthers stated he’s doing a full restoration on a 1969 Ford Fairlane at the moment.

“We’ve found our niche, and from feedback from our customers, we are the only local and or dealership that will take in Land Rovers, Range Rovers and Mini Coopers south of Birmingham. We’re bringing a lot of people outside of our community, into our community and we’re proud of that,” Walthers said.

While being able to work on all makes and models of cars, MCAC specializes in diagnostics, repair, fabrication, scheduled maintenance, aftermarket partnerships, superflow dyno testing to accurately verify the horsepower and torque of a vehicle, electrical wiring and computer module programming as well as everything else in between.

“In our two years we’ve only had two people come back for any kind of warranty issues, for easy fixes and they were sent out the door, everything fixed, within 5-10 minutes. If people come here, they will get it done right. Porsche, Mercades and BMW of Montgomery recommend us as an alternative to themselves, but it’s a double-edged sword, because no one brings me anything easy any more, and everything is hard,” Walthers said with a laugh.

MCAC can be reached at 334-517-4631 or through email at Maxcompleteautocare@gmail.com and is located on the main strip in Millbrook at 3060 Main St.

“The buck stops here, and we do everything in house. We do all in house programming, even if we have to change a computer module in a newer car, it’s done in house. We’ve really set ourselves apart here in Millbrook. I’m building relationships with trust, integrity and hard work,” Walthers said.
