Is your business looking to grow and gain exposure? Look no further, the sponsorship benefits for Prattville Cityfest will be the best “bang for your buck,” and in turn will be supporting the local Chamber that supports small and local business growth throughout Prattville.

Every year since 1986 the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce has hosted Prattville Cityfest, where they take the party to the streets of Historic Downtown Prattville. This year, the 36th annual Cityfest will be May 12-13 with the promise of live music, shopping, great food and activities.

A sponsorship with the Prattville Chamber for Cityfest aims at giving small and local businesses great exposure, while also turning hard earned money from local business back into the community with the Prattville Chamber, where their mission is to strengthen the business environment within the Prattville community.

Last year Cityfest attracted over 14,000 people that flocked to the streets to enjoy the festivities, shop and support local, Marketing and Communications Director Brooke Glover confirmed.

Applications for a Cityfest sponsorship must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 5th.

One of the benefits of staying local and supporting local is that the Chamber can customize and curate a package that works best for the sponsorship of that business. For example, not all businesses need or want to upkeep a booth during Cityfest. The beauty of keeping it local is that the Chamber can work specifically with the needs of local businesses and create a package that works for everybody.

“I think being a sponsor for Cityfest offers small businesses a cost-effective way to show their name and get their brand out there without really breaking the bank with your traditional marketing. You’re receiving a ton of media coverage and exposure but still in an extremely effective and budget friendly way,” Glover said.

With a Silver sponsorship rate as low as $400, the exposure for small and local businesses is unparalleled, especially with the numbers Cityfest attracts to downtown Prattville. A Silver sponsorship entails being recognized on the Chamber’s social media outlets, having the business logo on the main stage at Cityfest, the name or logo of business on Cityfest t-shirts, programs and other promotional items and also includes two Cityfest t-shirts and 10 tickets.

“Tickets are only $2 but there’s only a couple gates, and lines get crazy backed up. Getting the tickets ahead of time with a sponsorship ensures that you don’t have to stand in line and wait,” Glover said.

Gold sponsorship has a rate of $600 and includes everything a Silver sponsorship entails and a logo on the Cityfest website with a link to the business website as well.

A Platinum sponsorship has a rate of $800 and includes everything in the Gold sponsorship, and also includes logo recognition in a digital ad on the Prattville Chamber’s website.

A Diamond sponsorship has a rate of $1200 and includes everything in a platinum membership, and then some. A Diamond sponsorship also includes a prime booth space during the Cityfest event, a feature of the business during the live radio event at Cityfest with WDXX 98.5 Dixie Country, that will be broadcasting remotely from Cityfest festivities.

The Diamond sponsorship also includes radio advertisements running prior to Cityfest with Dixie Country and T.V advertisements also running prior to Cityfest with WSFA Channel 12.

“Every year we get a lot of small businesses and that’s really what this is about, and they see the potential and growth afterward,” Glover said.
