Lashes is a 1-year-old female Border Collie/Great Pyrenees who must be spayed before adoption. She was picked up by County Animal Control and brought to PAHS; no owner came forward to claim her. Lashes has a long white coat and she has gray markings. She weighs 51 pounds, so she is considered to be a medium sized dog. Lashes is super shy and very quiet. Lashes is easily frightened by sudden movements and loud noises; and she is terrified of cars. Due to her shyness, we would recommend she be in a home with older children only; and she would be fine with dogs. Lashes is a very loving dog who is going to quickly bond with her adopter and become a very devoted companion. Please consider helping our sweet and shy girl by giving her a loving home. Reading back over Lashes’ bio–we forgot to state the obvious!!!! SHE IS GORGEOUS–a truly beautiful girl!
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Your pet will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a spay/neuter certificate which will help with the cost of spay/neuter. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
