Humane Society of Elmore County Pet of the Week – Ryder
Ryder is an 11-month-old male Catahoula/Husky mix, about 50 lbs. He is a super dog, does have lots of energy so needs to go to an active family/owner and is good with children. He loves playing fetch, knows sit and shake, loves toys. We were told he was good with cats but his higher energy play might not be well-liked by many cats. Ryder would be an outstanding running/hiking buddy!
Our adoption fees are $100 for dogs & $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
