While many families in our community do the traditional trick or treating at various neighborhoods in Millbrook, other churches in our area offer fun and safe options by hosting fall festivals at their church.

On Halloween night, Millbrook Baptist Church had over 450 in attendance at their annual Fall Festival. The church offered plenty of FREE food, candy, cake walks, boiled peanuts, and fun games for all ages. Also, The Balloon Guy, a train ride for the children, an obstacle course, and horseback riding for all ages.

“Thank you to everyone who attended the Fall Festival,” said Mike Ingram, Pastor for Millbrook Baptist. He continued, “Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for the community. We also want to demonstrate the love of Christ to all those who attend.”

Horseback riding was one of the biggest attractions to families at the event. There were six beautiful horses with an amazing team of helpers. They helped all guests with getting on the saddle, off the saddle, and also making sure they were safe while riding on the horse.

“I want to sincerely thank Millbrook Baptist Church for having the horses as part of their annual Fall Festival, said Ralph Chrishon Jr.”

He continued, “We always enjoy giving rides to both kids and adults that come out to enjoy such wonderful festivities. I want to thank my wonderful friends and workers who came out to help make everything a success. Thank you to Abigail Boeckh, who runs her own riding stable. Also, thank you to her daughter Skyler Boeckh. Thanks to DeCarlos Chrishon and our wonderful friend Janesha Lawson. Thank you and GOD BLESS!”

Millbrook Baptist Church is located at 3431 Browns Road.
