From the Elmore County Commission
During the October 23rd Commission Meeting, the Elmore County Commission signed a Proclamation for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The Commission is appreciative of the Family Sunshine Center and all volunteers for providing hope and healing to domestic violence victims.
Statistics show that children raised in homes with domestic violence are three times more likely to perpetrate violence as an adult.
