(U//FPR) – UPDATE: Angelica Reenee Thomas (36 y/o) was arrested for Domestic Violence 1st (Assault 1st)
and Reckless Endangerment for offenses committed during the incident on 10-22-2023. Thomas is currently
being held at the Autauga County Metro Jail on No Bond due to the domestic violence offense.
(U//FPR) – On 10-22-2023 at approximately 7:37 pm, the Prattville Police Department and the Prattville Fire
Department responded to the area of Walmart (1903 Cobbs Ford Rd.) in reference to a Shots Fired service call.
Upon arrival, officers located a male subject who was found to have suffered gunshot wounds in his lower
extremities and was transported to a local hospital for treatment and evaluation. A female suspect was located
and detained at a different location shortly thereafter. This incident appears to be domestic in nature. The identity
and status of the victim will not be released at this time as the investigation is currently ongoing. More information
will be released at a later time.
