FROM THE ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
Garrett Jeremy Marks, 46, has escaped from a Loxley Community Based facility in Baldwin County.
The escape was reported around 5:50 a.m.. He was being held for Theft of Property 1st out of Clarke County.
