Mr. Jacob “Jake Presley Ford age 38, a resident of Elmore, AL passed away on August 30, 2023. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home with Rev. Nick Edwards officiating. The interment wil follow at Brookside Memorial Gardens. Jake worked for the State of Alabama Dept.of Finance and was head of maintenance for 16 years. J
ake was preceded in death by his brother James “Jimi” Ford. He is survived by his father Randy Ford, mother Teresa Ford, mother of his children Bianca Ford, sons Brian Jacob Ford & Ethan Thomas Ford, brother Joshua Ford, grandmother Betty Lanier Kivett, uncles Greg Herring, Ricky Herring, Mike Ford & Johnny Ford, aunts Sherry Hicks and Tracy Davis, nephews Dylan Ford, Beau Ford, Brayden Ford, nieces Krimson Ford, Graycie Ford & Celeste Ford.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home,
