Rebels Elite 10U Wins USSSA National Championship with 8-1 Record

Rebels Elite 10u travel ball team based out of Prattville/Millbrook area competed in the USSSA National Championship Tournament, July 16-22 in Gulf Shores, AL. These girls played teams from Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia and Alabama and finished with a record of 8-1 on the week. They amassed 75 runs scored during the tournament, while only allowing 32 runs by the opposing teams.

Rebels Elite defeated Texas Heat 3-0 to win the National title. Bristol Bethea pitched a shutout, striking out six and allowing only one hit. The Rebels scored 3 runs in the bottom of the third with hits by Cam Carmichael, Riley Green, and Addy Baggett.

Cam Carmichael was awarded the Tournament MVP and Riley Green earned the Best Defensive Player award for the tournament.

These girls concluded their Spring/Summer season 36-16-2 with 5 tournament wins and 3 runner-up titles.

Players include: Hannah Hays, Harmony Arnold, Addy Baggett, Bristol Bethea, Emma Crawford, Kinley Bethea, Cam Carmichael, Parker Moye, Riley Green, Madi DeRamus, Emma Kate Holloman.
