Shaggy is a 10-month-old male Terrier mix who has already been neutered. He has a medium length coat that has a “wiry” look to it. Shaggy is brown and very handsome. We think he looks so much like Winn Dixie and Orphan Annie’s Sandy! This awesome guy only weighs 30 pounds and won’t get much bigger. He is sweet but a bit shy; and Shaggy warms up quickly to kindness. He would be an amazing family dog who would be good with both children and other dogs. At a recent adoption event at PetSmart–Shaggy was a perfect gentleman. He greeted everyone–both 2 legged and 4 legged with a wagging tail and friendly nature. He was calm and completely laid back. Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Your pet will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a spay/neuter certificate which will help with the cost of spay/neuter. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
