The Prattville Police Department is investigating a felony theft and forgery and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect.

Prattville Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown subject wanted for theft of property 2nd degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument. The offense occurred, Wednesday, December 9, 2022, around 3:54 p.m., at Synovus Bank, located at 2005 Cobbs Ford Road, Prattville, Alabama. Investigators say the pictured suspect, described as a white male, entered the business, cashed a fraudulent check and left the business in an unknown direction of travel. There are no other details available for release at this time.
