(2/16, 7:10am)⚠️SEVERE STORMS REMAIN LIKELY TODAY THRU TONIGHT: Forecast trends continue to indicate that severe storms will develop with the potential for tornadoes, damaging winds to 70mph, and hail up to the size of golf balls. We’ll see storms developing in Mississippi and moving into western Alabama as early as noon today in western and southwest counties. Timeframes for potential severe weather are fairly large, accounting for storm development first this afternoon and severe threat finally coming to an end once the cold front moves through this evening and overnight tonight.
