Asher is a 9-month-old male Pit Bull mix who has already been neutered. He was found as a stray and no owner came to reclaim him. Asher is handsome fellow whose short coat is white with gray marks around his eyes and tail. We love his ears–they are adorable! The only thing bigger than Asher’s ears is his energy level! He is WIDE open all the time! WIDE OPEN! Asher loves to rip and romp like a mustang! He will definitely need a securely fenced yard to play and exercise in; and he will need a patient owner to help him learn acceptable behavior. Since Asher is a stray we are still learning about him. We do know he is sweet and just very full of life and energy. He would be okay with children; but if you have another dog you would need to bring your dog for a “meet and greet” to see how they get along. We do know he is NOT good with smaller dogs. As we said, he will need a patient owner to help him learn how to be a good boy!
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $75 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $35 (as long as funds are available). Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
