MILLBROOK – Around 3:40 a.m. this morning Millbrook Fire Department and Police Department personnel responded to a reported fire at Ace Linen, located at 3350 Main Street in Millbrook.

Smoke and flames were visible from the building, which sells janitorial and paper products, has event rentals and supplies and is a linen service. The business has been locally owned and operated since 2002.

The fire was contained to just the one business, thanks to quick work by firefighters.

Millbrook Police officers blocked off Main Street from Gober Road to Frasier Street and first responders remained on scene until around 6 a.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. Owner Cory Belyeu said that at this time he does not have any information of how the fire began, but the company is working on a plan to be able to continue to serve their customers.

There is significant smoke and fire damage, as seen in the photos.

We have reached out to the Millbrook Fire Department, and will update this story with any new information.
