Dove is a 1-year-old female Chocolate Lab mix who must be spayed before she is adopted. She came to PAHS as a stray found in a Prattville neighborhood and her owner never came to reclaim her.
Dove is such a beauty; she has a beautiful chocolate coat. This pretty girl is a petite lady weighing in at only 36 pounds. She is considered to be a medium sized dog but only about half the size of most Labs. Dove is super sweet but shy and reserved when you first meet her. She likes to be close to you and for that reason we believe she will be a wonderful companion dog.
Dove is well behaved and calm. She would be great in a home with children and/or other dogs. Dove is a special girl who has a lot to offer her new family!
The adoption fee for a dog or puppy is $120. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
