PAHS Pet of the Week is Bob! Very laid back, He is waiting for a family to love

Bob is a very cool, laid back kind of fellow. Bob needs a forever family! Help Bob out!

FROM PRATTVILLE AUTAUGA HUMANE SHELTER

Bob is an 1-year-old male Black Lab mix who has already been neutered. He came to PAHS as a stray from out in the county and his owner did not claim him.  Bob’s medium length coat is black with just a little bit of white markings; he’s a good looking fellow.

Bob’s pictures just don’t do him justice–he is gorgeous!  He currently weighs 70 pounds so he is considered to be a large dog.  Bob is a nice dog who is friendly and sweet fellow who gets along well with other dogs and would be good in a home with older children.  He has the easy-going temperament that makes Labs so popular.  Bob is so calm and well behaved–he would fit in just about anywhere.  He needs a new start on life with a new family.  Come out and see if that isn’t your family he needs!

Our adoption fee is $120 for dogs and $50 for cats.  This fee covers a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.

Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative.    The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville.

Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm.  We are closed the last Thursday of the month for staff training.  Adoptions are currently by appointment only.
