Cook teams may arrive for set up by 9:00 a.m. Judging of the Cook Teams will begin at 4:00 p.m. and the event opens to the public at 6:00 p.m.

Judging begins at 4 p.m. and festivities for the general public kick off at 6 p.m. In addition to the outstanding cuisine, musical entertainment and raffle, there will be a fantastic silent auction. Delicious wild game, fish and fowl will be available for you to sample. The People’s Choice award will be presented by the Alabama Army National Guard.
Awards will be presented to first through third place in each division, as well as Best Overall. The overall winner will be invited to the state finals held at Lanark in Millbrook on August 6th, 2022 to compete for the title of AWF 2022 Wild Game Cook-Off State Champion.
