As of now, All Elmore County Schools Expected to be back in Classrooms Monday

FROM RICHARD DENNIS

SUPT. OF ELMORE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Another week of high COVID numbers has 403 students and 116 employees reporting testing positive. The excessive numbers, specifically impacting personnel, forced six schools to observe e-days this week.

Currently, all schools are expected to be back on a regular schedule next week based on the reported personnel numbers. If circumstances change communications will be made to parents identifying schools that are impacted.

Also, please be aware that bus routes in some areas will be delayed due to a shortage of drivers and substitute drivers. This situation may continue during the duration of the COVID spike.
