HSEC Pet of the Week – Blue
Blue is a three-year-old male Heeler/Terrier mix, about 30 lbs. The best home for Blue will be with an active owner, a female dog his size or larger as a buddy (he can be a bit toy possessive), older children and no cats. Blue has that Heeler drive with Terrier tenacity and is a wonderful boy who loves running (as in could be a great jogging buddy) so fenced yard also needed. He can be quite talkative when he wants to but is really a very sweet boy and who can resist that face!
Our adoption fees are $100 for dogs & $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
