The Elmore/Autauga News is teaming up with the Punishers LEMC Three Rivers Chapter for a night of great music, a silent auction for a fantastic vacation, and a 50/50 raffle. It is all to benefit the Millbrook Police Department’s Reserve Officer program. The Thirsty Turtle of Millbrook is also a sponsor, and we appreciate them donating silent auction items!
On stage will be two extremely successful musicians in their own right. A performance together is a sight to behold and hear. Words like “Electric” and “Unbelievable” just don’t do it justice.
Wes Jeans and Lance Lopez, both from Texas, have been friends for years and have often teamed up together to share their musical talents. Individually they have shared the stage with the biggest names in Blues from ZZ Top to B.B. King and everything in between. It has been several years, however, since both shared a stage together in the Millbrook area. (See link to their bios below.)
The fundraiser will be held Dec. 2 at the Clubhouse for the Punishers LEMC Three Rivers Chapter, located at 1354 Friendly Pine Road, Elmore, Alabama. The show starts at 8 p.m. until…..MUST BE AT LEAST 21 TO ATTEND.
All funds raised at the Dec. 2 show will be given to the Millbrook Police Department Reserve Program to help purchase much-needed equipment and training.
This is a FREE concert and open to the public. However, donations would be greatly appreciated. The Elmore/Autauga News is proud to sponsor this event, and we are extremely thankful to the Punishers LEMC Three Rivers for offering their local clubhouse as the venue. The Punishers will also be donating all funds from drink cards to the department as well.
This isn’t the only chance to see this amazing guitar duo. The boys will be back on Stage Dec. 3 at the Thirsty Turtle of Millbrook beginning at 9 p.m.
