On Thursday, September 23, 2021, at approximately 4:45 a.m., Phenix City Police units responded to the 900 Block of 10th Avenue and Willie Boddie Street regarding an unresponsive subject lying in the roadway. The victim was identified as Caleb “Jay” Holden and was pronounced deceased on the scene. The Phenix City Police Department seeks assistance from the public with the identity/location of anyone involved.
