The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the Theft of a Credit Card and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.   

Montgomery County Investigators released photos of a female subject that was seen on August 15, 2021 at a fuel station in the 3600 block of Wetumpka Highway.  Investigators advise the unknown female obtained the victim’s lost debit card and made a fraudulent purchase at the same location. The female left the location in a dark gray or similar colored Nissan Altima.

Within a two-hour time frame, her vehicle is seen on video at a restaurant in the 5000 block of Carmichael Road where an unknown male got out of the same vehicle (as a passenger) and gets a to go order that was also paid for with the victim’s credit card.
