Blanche was chosen to be our featured pet this week.
Blanche is a 2-year-old female Terrier mix who has already been spayed. She was brought in to the shelter by City Animal Control and her owner never reclaimed her. Blanche is a beauty queen with a Miss Congeniality personality! She has a gorgeous white coat with chocolate markings. Blanche has a petite figure weighing in at only 31 pounds.
She is just adorable and a staff favorite. Blanche gets along with everyone–staff, volunteers, children, and other dogs! She is a sweet and happy go lucky lady who is also very affectionate!
Blanche is a doll of a dog and she can’t wait to meet you!
Our adoption fee is $120.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative. The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm. We do close one day each month for staff training which will be this Thursday, July 29th.
