Youth Summer Grief Relief Program Coming to Millbrook July 10

FROM MARJORIE BOWDEN

Alpha Love 2 Life presents its inaugural event “Summer Youth Grief Relief Program” on 10 July 2021 at 10 a.m..  The event will be held at Mo’Cha Events and More located at 2448 Main Street in Millbrook within the South Gate Plaza.

The event will include activities, door prizes, lunch and school supplies.

This organization was founded by Savannah Williams after the loss of her PawPaw, Dedrick Bowden.  After writing her book at just nine-years-old, “Rainbow Tears of Joy”, she has continued to find ways to help others and honor her PawPaw.  She will be a freshman at Stanhope Elmore High School in the new school year.

It has been a rough year for many.  If you know of children who have lost loved ones in the past few years, please pass this info on to parents/guardians so that they can RSVP to attend. Parents are welcome to attend with their child.

We will have Alicia Crum, LPC of Parakeleo Counseling, LLC, who will provide information to help during the grieving process and beyond.

Call (334) 247-1282 RSVP NLT 3 July 2021. Thank you for your support and to the Junior League of Montgomery who is a sponsor of this event.
