PAHS PET OF THE WEEK: SAMMIE
Our featured pet will again be a cat since this is still National Adopt a Cat month. This week’s kitty is Sammie.
Sammie is a 2 year old black and white female cat that has already been spayed. She is an attentive girl with a sweet little white mustache. We catch her playing with toys and watching the feral cats from the window. Sammie is very affectionate and is patiently waiting for her forever family.

Our adoption fee is $120.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative. The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm. We will be closed on Saturday, July 3rd for the holiday. We do close one day each month
for staff training which will be on Thursday, July 29th. Adoptions are currently by appointment only.
