Patriotic Community Celebration Will Offer Evening of Family-Friendly Fun
PIKE ROAD, Ala – Grab your lawn chairs and picnic blankets, and put on your favorite reds, whites and blues: The Town of Pike Road’s annual SummerFest celebration is just around the corner. The Town is pleased to invite the community to join us for SummerFest, a family-friendly fireworks show on July 1 at Rolling Hills Park and Cottonwood Golf Club, off Trotman Road. Patriotic spirit runs deep in the Pike Road community, and it is always special to celebrate the Fourth of July together.
When: Thursday, July 1
Parking will begin at 6 p.m. at Rolling Hills Park and Cottonwood Golf Club
The family-friendly area with kids’ activities will be open from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Rolling Hills Park with food available from local vendors, inflatables, and music by a local DJ. Picnics are welcome, but no alcoholic beverages are permitted. Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are welcome, but no tents are permitted.
Fireworks will light up the sky over Cottonwood Golf Club at dark.
