CHILTON COUNTY – Special Agents with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) are investigating an officer-involved shooting at the request
of Jemison Police Chief Shane Fulmer. The incident occurred Monday, May 31, and involved an officer with the Jemison Police Department. The suspect, identified as Roger Dale Keller, 71, is
deceased, however, no officers were injured during the incident.
Once the investigation is complete, the findings will be turned over to the Chilton County District Attorney’s Office. Nothing further is available as the investigation is ongoing.
