The Millbrook Police Department has officially notified CrimeStoppers that a suspect has been identified and arrested that was wanted for Theft.
An anonymous tipster identified Millbrook resident 27-year-old Willie James Simmons as the offender to the May 1st felony theft of multiple cartons of cigarettes from the office area of a Kwik Shop Convenience Store.
Simmons was charged with Theft of Property 3rd degree. A reward is being offered to the tipster through CrimeStoppers.
