On Thursday, November 5, 2020, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Montgomery Police Patrol units responded to the river bridge at U.S. Highway 31 and Birmingham Highway regarding a body located suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as Joshua Thompson and was pronounced deceased on the scene. Throughout the investigation, detectives determined that the victim was killed in a different location and discarded at the current location. Evidence led to a Murder warrant secured against Pierre Woods DOB: 02/14/1999. The Montgomery Police Department is seeking assistance from the public regarding the location of this suspect.
