WELLSPRING COMMUNITY CHURCH
WellSpring Community Church was founded in 2006 by Rev. Dr. Michael Beale and his wife, a local school teacher, Danna Beale.
They have been serving the Millbrook/Deatsville area meeting in several temporary locations until 2018 when the Lord blessed them with an opportunity to purchase land and build their first building at 198 Grand Park Drive in Deatsville.
Over the past year since the grand opening, the church has been working through Covid-19 concerns to reach and serve the community to introduce people to Jesus Christ.
Through Biblical preaching, contemporary worship and media, Bible studies and children and youth ministries, WellSpring has been striving to share the love of Christ to those in our local community. The church has always been dedicated to local and foreign missions sending 10% of all budget income out to missions and missionaries.
Recently, the Lord has been working through Anna Caroline Beale, a local middle school teacher and our youth director, to reach youth and help them make sense of their faith in these trying times.
We have been excited to see three of our youth get baptized this year and several new faces come into our youth ministry on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. The ministry is growing and because of this the needs for ways to transport the youth that are interested in growing in their faith has grown as well.
Because we are reaching youth who have not been in church, most of which do not have resources for transportation, the church is praying desperately for a church van or bus to help pick up our local children and youth who want to grow in their faith.
As you are considering your giving on “Giving Tuesday” we would appreciate your prayerful consideration to help us with this vision to reach children and youth with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our initial goal is $15,000 or a donated passenger van or bus for the church’s use.
