We are excited to announce we have secured a date and venue for our “11th Annual Preparedness Fair.” Please mark your calendars and “Save the Date” to plan and join us on Saturday, April 11th, 2020, at Lowe’s in Wetumpka (4501 U.S. Hwy 231, Wetumpka, AL). The Preparedness Fair will be open to the public from 10 AM to 1 PM. Participating entities are asked to please be in place not later than 9 AM the morning of April 11th, 2020.
Please note the following:
► If you know now that your agency will plan to participate, please confirm your participation as soon as possible via return email, not later than FRIDAY, February 28th. Please provide the name & contact information of your “point person,” if other than yourself.
► For confirmed participants, we’ll need verification of the vehicles, trailers, equipment, personnel, etc., you plan to showcase at this year’s Preparedness Fair (primarily for space allocation and advertisement/media coverage), not later than Friday March 27, 2020.
