Resurfacing Projects in Millbrook: Street Department Begins Work, More Scheduled

Show here are onsite pictures from Millbrook resurfacing projects as of Friday taken by Stuart Peters of Landmark Engineering, Construction.

Department Head Brandon Harris, the Millbrook Street Department and contractors have made significant progress in the areas of Forestwood Drive, Foxdale Road, Foxwood Chase and Foxdale Court – all residential subdivision resurfacing in the area of Deatsville Highway/North Millbrook.  Crews are making preparations for resurfacing this week in the areas of Scott Drive, Sycamore Drive and Maple Street.  Weather permitting.

Magnolia Drive, a commercial and residential connector, near Grandview Pines Shopping Center/Tractor Supply was completed and reopened to through traffic last week.  The City is utilizing Rebuild Alabama funding to complete construction of this necessary project as part of the FY2020 Millbrook Transportation Plan.
