Here is more information if you are interested in Auburn University at Montgomery’s 2024 High School Summer Art Workshops and the 3rd annual A.V. Storytelling Camp! Remember to use the link above to register.

These FREE weekly workshops are sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Office of the Dean, the Department of Communication and Theatre, the Department of Fine Arts, and made possible by a generous grant from the Alabama State Council on the Arts.

The Art Workshops (offered June 3-7 and July 22-26) are geared toward education and artistic development in fine arts; and the A.V. Storytelling Camp (June 10-14) is an intensive workshop dedicated to media arts production, including audio and video storytelling.

Each weekly summer workshop is limited to 20 high school participants on a first-come/first-serve basis. In order to be eligible, a student must be registered at a high school and/or be a recent high school graduate who will not begin college until Fall 2024.

PLEASE NOTE:

You may register for up to two sessions total.

A camper must provide his or her own transportation to the workshop/camp.

Registering for a workshop/camp requires a commitment from both teacher and camper.

Each camper is asked to only register for a workshop/camp for which he or she will be able to participate in ALL instructional days.

Since space is limited, completing the following registration does not guarantee workshop/camp participation.

Each camper will receive confirmation of his or her inclusion in a given workshop/camp by May 17, 2024.
